I ordered 3 light up hats for a concert we were going to in a few days. I picked standard free shipping but did not realize until after it was shipped, that it would not arrive in time. I reached out to the seller and before I could propose any solutions, they had re-shipped the same order priority shipping FREE to ensure it arrived by the date due with just a quick assurance from me that the original hats would be returned. They actually trusted someone that they had no assurances other than my word. Ultimately, all 6 hats arrived on time, and other friends liked ours so much, we paid for and kept the additional hats and all 6 went to great use! Thank you so much for your great service!
